The high-speed inkjet 360 printer will seamlessly wrap print your cylindrical bottles from head to toe, with a drop off depth of 1.8cm and a maximum taper of around 10°- this means even if your bottle slims down or changes shape, the 360 UV Printer will be able to cover it.
Being a single-station loading system, you can quickly and easily change your individual customized artwork with very little downtime. This also means small batches are more cost effective and don’t need to meet minimum order quantities.

Features
Tapered Angle Printing
The 360 cylindrical printer can print directly onto a tapered angle conical object, such as an bottle or cup. Adjust the fixture tilt according to the shape of the object until it is parallel to the print heads, and establish an object contour model using the automatic modeling system.
Automatic Scanning and Modeling System
The UV Printer has an automatic modeling system that will automatically generate the outline of the product by passing the carriage over the product, accurately scanning the object and then importing the shape into the system. This helps achieve a seamless finish on the product, perfectly situating the ink spray.
Colour Optimization
Colour correction is an important process when printing, espically with items that may not present as white. Achieving the correct colour standard is simple and straight forward on this system, adjusting the CMYK+W levels to best match the digital artwork and achieve color uniformity between different products and finishes.
High Drop Printing
Specially designed for direct inkjet printing on objects with a drop of less than 18mm. This feature allows for bottles and cups of any shape to be printed seamlessly and without print size restrictions.
A varnish effect is also possible, with the product displaying a shiny and oily effect, by printing an additional layer of glossy varnish on top of the product to make it more vivid and vibrant.
Variable droplet technology
The print head used in the 360 UV Printer has very powerful variable ink droplet technology. It can intelligently change the size of the ink droplets during print and controls the image colour to efficiently produce printing effects and also save ink usage
Glass and UV Transparent Curing
Traditionally, UV printing on clear or glass products would result in colour printing on the outside but white printing on the inside. Using mirror printing, (cmyk+w+cmyk+v) you are able to reverse print the same image to display coloured artwork inside and outside the product.
This UV transparent curing technology reduces wear on the print head, improves the production process, and ensures that your product remains uncontaminated inside
