Machinery

On average, we estimate 5-7 weeks for delivery.

After an order is placed, we will give you an estimated delivery date for your printer. Due to the size and weight of our products, they are shipped via sea which can come with unforeseen delays.

Printing Services

Depending on quantities and type of print, we aim to get printed orders dispatched within a week. Larger order quantities may take longer due to our printing schedule but an estimated delivery date will always be given.

If you have any problems or are due a service on your machine, simply get in touch via email or over the phone and we will have one of our certified engineers schedule a date that works for you.

Our printers are easy to comprehend once you get use to them but don't worry, we will have a trained engineer help you with the machine during the install.

We are also available over the phone if you need urgent support, and can also be reached over WhatsApp or video chat to talk you through the situation at question.

Depending on the type of printing needed, we require vector artwork in AI, EPS or PDF files, or high-quality JPEG of TIF images.

When a printing order is received, we will always supply you with a visual mockup for your approval.
